A course called “Entrepreneurial Mind in Action” will be developed (3 modules from theory to practice). The value added is the inclusion of the real-life experience and expertise of the start-up entrepreneurs, representing the start-up ecosystem in all three regions, who will provide the content for the students. In the course, through all three modules, students will apply the theoretical framework in developing solutions to the content/challenges of start-ups. A common course curriculum, contents and materials (including OER and other type of materials) will be developed and prepared for piloting in close cooperation with teachers from the HEIs of all three ecosystems.

We will start our mentoring with an international event to match students and their ideas with mentors from the private sector from the three regions. The mentoring process will be organised in virtual sessions between mentors and mentees. Mentees will solve different challenges in the form of tasks related to their business idea with the help of their mentors. The tasks to be fulfilled, will be organised according to the different stages of the business deck and when completed, will be uploaded to a dedicated platform.

Our internship programme follows a ‘getting ready’ mission: getting ready to start a company. Interns from all ecosystems will detail their expectations and envisaged learnings connected to the internship. At the same time, we will select young companies with a serious commitment for accompanying internships. We ask the company founders as experienced entrepreneurs, to integrate important aspects from their perspective into the internship. Interns and companies are brought together during a match-making process which considers diverse aspects such as digital businesses, female entrepreneurship, social businesses, etc. 

A buddy program accompanies our internship program. Local students support the international interns on-site, take part in social activities and dive into the local entrepreneurial ecosystem together.

In collaboration with our business partners and ecosystem organisations, we are excited to launch the "Mind Mining Hackathon" as dynamic co-ideation challenges. This initiative will implement a strategic approach to systematically gather valuable insights, ensuring that future founders, organisations, and educators can maximise the benefits of these collaborative hackathons. Our challenges will encompass a diverse range of topics, including digital innovation and gender inclusivity, providing a comprehensive and enriching experience for all participants.

The Pitch and Party events offers inspiration and networking opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, the business community and the different ecosystems.
