We have the course for you! 🌟 Join our international 3-module online programme, “Entrepreneurial Mind in Action”! 🎓 Learn what it means to be an entrepreneur and how to start and grow a business from actual founders in the Ruhr in Germany, Varna in Bulgaria, and Slovenia. |
Students, pupils, alumni, as well as other participants of the three entrepreneurship ecosystems, Ruhr in Germany, Varna in Bulgaria and Slovenia, get the opportunity to take part in the “Joint Classes”, which foster an entrepreneurial mindset in participants with the potential to become entrepreneurs in the near future. Private sector expertise, especially from the start-ups (and scale-ups) from all three regions, will be essential for the success of the joint classes. Entrepreneurs will contribute as guests and give talks, for example, regarding their ventures’ history, how to acquire funding in different stages of growth, and how to get from an idea to an opportunity on the market. Further, they will coach participants in developing solutions with the help of different tools and methods of fostering creativity and innovativeness.
Knowledge transfer will happen in an entirely online (virtual) learning environment hosted by DOBA Business School (BlackBoard Ultra). Participants will work in international, multicultural teams on challenges for the real-life sector (start-up ecosystem).
»EMA« - ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND IN ACTION
A three-month course will run in 3 modules, of which each will take 4 weeks and will be evaluated by 3 ECTS.
The pilot course will start with the Module 1 at the beginning of March 2025.
Participants can decide to take the entire course »EMA« or select one or two modules.

- Entrepreneurship basics (setting up the business) (3 ECTS) – March 2025
- Starting the business (3 ECTS) – April 2025
- Scale up your business (3 ECTS) – May 2025
